By ordering from Echoes of Bharat, you agree to the following:
- Products: Every item is printed on order (print-on-demand). Colours and print placement may vary very slightly from the photos shown — this is normal for made-to-order printing.
- Prices: All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is charged as shown at checkout.
- Payment: We accept UPI, cards, net-banking and Cash on Delivery (COD) through our payment partner. Orders are confirmed once payment is received, or immediately for COD.
- Delivery: Estimated delivery is 5–7 working days across India, as described in our Shipping Policy. Delays by the courier beyond our control will be communicated to you.
- Returns & exchanges: As described in our Returns & Exchange Policy — 7-day replacement for defects, print errors, transit damage or wrong size delivered. Because each piece is printed for your order, we do not accept “changed my mind” returns.
- Intellectual property: All designs, text and artwork on this store belong to Echoes of Bharat and may not be copied or resold.
- Liability: Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
- Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India.
